VALPARÍSO - JUAN FERNÁNDEZ CONNECTIVITY

Connectivity between the inhabitants of the Juan Fernández Archipelago and the continent is essential to cover the needs for supplying food and supplies to the residents of this place.

For this reason, TRANSMARKO makes trips that depart from Valparaíso, approximately the first and third week of each month, to the Island, which last 40 to 48 hours, depending on weather conditions.

Cargo and passenger transport for residents of the Juan Fernández Archipelago have priority up to seven days before departure. After this period, the option opens for the requirements of companies and non-resident individuals.

The reservation of cargo of supplies or vehicles must be made according to the tentative dates, the cargo priority system -detailed in the service instructions- and current regulations.

Everyone -residents and non-residents- must reserve their space in advance, after reading and accepting the terms and conditions of cargo or passenger transport services.

Itineraries are subject to cargo loading and unloading times, so passengers must adapt their schedule availability to these conditions.
